You can probably trade with someone that likes them to get gray, or you can order a different set from Jeep and swap them yourself and keep the red as backup or sell later.

You can wrap them, paint them, Plastidip them or send them some where to get hydro dipped any color or pattern you want. Hell, put chalk board paint on them and write on them.

But I agree, that red is not the best color. Looks like a rose pedal or Christmas decoration.

Like Swozey said, you can replace with leather if you want. Theres also leather with red stitching from a gladiator dash panel, they are the same as the wrangler (Mopar# 6AC261R3AD-6AC241R3AA). Theres a few threads on this already, it's pretty simple to swap out a dash from other trim levels if you don't want to paint yours.
