thanks guys, and I'm assuming the rust seen is normal after a good year of use? how do you guys deal with rust (if you care), spray paint over it?

Clean it and hit is with Rustoleum Rust Reformer then Rustoleum Satin black.

Thanks, I might just do that when I get it. I'm assuming I can't really call that out at the dealer as its pretty normal (I live in CT) and its a used vehicle.
