Nice item. The paint match was perfect. I had already installed a Metra JP-TSH1 wiring adaptor (I don’t like to tap the factory wires) which I used to tie in my Morimoto vent lights to turn signal. So I just tied the VSL’s into Aux 3/4 for now.
Some of the videos show the VSL’s illuminating with other lights when you press the key fob. But I wasn’t sure where to hook up the wiring to do that and/or if I did, how does/would the white light be turned on separately?
For now, on/off with programmable Aux switch in radio works fine. I added modular plugs on the ends of both the VSL’s and the Morimoto lights. I can easy switch either set by just unplugging the modular plug from one set and plugging it into the harness for the other set. Cool set up with lots of flexibility.
