What is the fuse beneath the plastic cup holder?!?

When I had to replace the top part (cup holders) on my JLUR, there was a LED bulb that was a bit odd looking that lit up the shift indicator, IIRC. Could that be the part you mean?

Hi, yes, that appears to be the part. I can't figure out how to take out the plastic part to pop the rubber back in. What is the top part you replaced? Thanks!

I damaged the entire upper plastic of the console.

Yeah, I stupidly thought that it could be removed so I could clean it. I really screwed it up trying to remove it.
