I saw the "4:88/5:13 gears". Curious are you going to run both?

Oddly, I have know guys with different ratio F/R. One guy a 4:88s and 4:10s. IIRC he had 315s on the 4:88 and 37s on the 4:10s

We were wheeling the discussion came up as to gears and that is what he said and checked his tires he was telling the truth. SO I asked why? Well he did have enough money to put 4:88 F/R, so he keep the 4:10s and had the 4:88 installed and soon as he could save up his money for another set and install of 4:88 he was going to do it. He was NOT a rock crawler I know that...

Beautiful thing brother ?? 32 yrs here. This pic was my stupidity, broke about every bone in my body being ejected through guide wires, but best thing to happen to me. Was very blessed no one else was hurt.

Ruh roh!…. You have to listen closely, hard to hear over the sewing machine…..?

My Yeti drag link has been trouble free for over 3 years. But after this weekend it’s given up the ghost….. I can’t bring myself to pay 200.00 for a replacement end, when the whole bar is 450 ish……. Looks like this is in my future……..

Got a late start today, but me and Colby got it done. Went pretty smooth…..hardest things was getting the jamb nuts to 250 ft lbs, ( had to buy a 18” crescent wrench to hold the bar with while using crowfoot/torque wrench ) and adjusting the EC ( sometimes I can get it on the first try, other times it takes several adjustments) .

I was able to make the EC work, although, I might try the steersmart axle bracket at some point. I had to roll the tie rod clamp back so the EC would be parallel with the tie rod…..

Took it up on the ramp both sides to check clearances. I was most concerned about the track bar contacting the bolt on the clamp, but it seems ok…….it’s gonna take me a minute to get used to the bling ……?

Some pics……
