What model are these going on, 392 or Rubi XR? Curious on feedback once you put your hands on a one of them with the extended front bump stop tower.
These are going on a Sport S. All the 392 and XR guys around here aren’t lifting them that I’ve seen, that’s why they got the XR, so they could plug and play, lol.

I really don’t get buying a XR recon if you plan on lifting anyway, with the exception of the 4.56 gears, otherwise, you’re still on the shitty oem parts, not worth it to me. I would think they are for the guys that don’t want to be bothered with the lift process and want to go from dealership to trail…… IDK, that’s just me……each their own ……

I viewed the XR package a little different on the standard Rubi. Not sure worth it on 392. $4K for package - sell takeoffs wheels/tires for around $2500. Then $1500 gets you not only the 4.56 gears but HD (thicker tube wall) front axle, cast iron knuckles, and bigger brakes ?‍♂

They might be for guys like me who don' t go into the dirt, but like the sound of the Hemi, but for sure I do not like the sound of the 93 octane pump gas. I did get my wife a spring load step so I do not have to do the stool any more. I am afraid to have her drive it as the go pedal is very touchy, not sure she would panic and hit it at the wrong time. her lincoln has not been driven in two months, but I do start it every 5 days or so. Can't wait for $3.00 gas again.

?. Never know about wheels and tires. One min everyone wants them, next min they sit in the garage lol. I’m also thinking for someone like me the 4.56 would be good on 37s ?‍♂. But now all the hoopla about that extended bump tower and lift springs make me wonder.

I did lol. By the time it comes in with all the delays there may be more experience with lifting on here. If not, I may just throw a couple inch spacer on in the interim. Either way I will be changing out both TBs, ATS SS, and throwing new RK front adj LCAs on. Plan is to swap over current wheel tire setup, steel bumpers and LED light package. Didn’t see a need to reorder those items.

I raised my track bar up to the 4.5” lift hole on my bracket…….WOW !! No difference, lol. But it looks cool, it’s really flat now , and everybody says that it helps, so I’m going with that…….

Jeep Wrangler JL Crystal Rubi build… 06EEEC3F-AECF-467D-B553-0F568544829C

I measured my shocks too while they were extended, my rears are spec’d at 32.3” ext. but in the real world they are 33.25 “ and my fronts spec at 30.51 ext. but in the real world they are actually 31.0 “, on the front I had to measure top of bolt to top of bolt which is still center to center…..…….?

So to sum up, now and forever I will be referring to my shocks as 31” ext fronts, and 33.25” ext. rear, and I won’t be exaggerating ……….?

Finished up a 2.5” Rock Krawler XFactor lift on a buddy’s (@DShanesky ) rig…… it’s also the new home for my RK mid arms……. Turned out pretty sweet! He paired the Fox 2.5 Mopar lift shocks with the RK 2.5” triple rate springs. The highway ride is awesome!!
He’s on 33s, but saving up for 35s……. Pix……..
