My Passenger seat having similar issues as well, bolts have been checked and all were tight when service team inspected it. Currently waiting for rail parts that were ordered by them to come in to have it replaced. Hope this fixes it.
Hi Trail Punisher,
Please keep us updated. If additional assistance is needed, we are available via PM.

My passenger seat just started doing this poping noise with a passenger in the seat last month. I just figured I fed her to well. @JeepCares I will need to get this fixed as well as the issue with my M210 rear end limited slip problem. So far I have had the cracked windshield from the heater that jeep came back and said was from a chipped windshield (super tiny chip that could have easily popped out when it cracked), an alignment issue they corrected, and a new steering stabilizer. I have never had so many issues with a new vehicle. Very disappointed in the quality control going on, or the cheapening of the flagship Jeep product by the bean counters in the name of saving a buck on our behalf. I'm worried what else will pop up now. I already read I cannot upgrade tire size or wheels because those who have have had claims for the rear end denied.
Hi Shiloh,
We have received your PM and will continue assisting you from there.

Jeep opened a case for all of my issues, and while they are still working on some, this one appears to be fixed with an easy dealer visit. Parts were ordered at the initial visit and it was fixed two days later. I'm glad I went to the dealer rather than try some of these other ideas, but obviously what works best for some doesn't for others.

Well I've finally made it to the dealership. They replicated the seat creaking and are ordering a replacement lower seat frame. They were not able to replicate the rear-end noise that is easily replicated every time I get in it--odd.

Im glad to hear I am not the only one having this problem. First noticed this a few weeks after I got the jeep when I had a 200 lb. dude in the passenger seat. Now it makes the clunk sound any time I go around a corner or hit a bump with someone in the passenger seat-it is driving me crazy! I am going in to the dealer for my first oil change next week and hopefully they can address issue, otherwise I will be in touch with @JeepCares

Happy to report that mine was fixed within two days as that overnighted the seat part

Just an aside: I'm currently back in a loaner for other issues and the 2019 Sahara loaner they gave me has the same seat-creak problem. This is ridiculous.

Also, the part they replaced on mine was the same as humrk311's.

So I had this same issue out of the factory and had the passenger seat frame replaced. First trip took them an entire day to diagnose, they ordered the part and took them 2 days to install.

500 miles later I now have the same issue again. So apparently the replacement frame wasn't any better than the first seat frame. It's very annoying and disappointing. Now I have to go back to the dealer and recreate the entire experience again.
Went to the dealer this week. They replaced the seat rail again.

Good news they said that since the first time I brought my Jeep in for this issue, Jeep is now aware and is redesigning a replacement rail. They had no timeline on this replacement but did say there is a service bulletin about it. I guess we will wait and see what happens.

Same issue on my passenger seat on my 2019. Did the dealer replacing the rail stop the noise and has it held up? Did FCA redesign the rail?

Will try the grease first to see if I can avoid making a trip to the dealer.

the seat frame (bottom) was replaced on mine about a year ago still holding up good. figure out how to wiggle the seat while parked to ensure you can reproduce sound for the dealer without needing a test drive.

Seat frame replaced on mine as well. Now almost a year later and no issues what so ever. I just told them it made a noise when someone was sitting in the passenger seat. You wonā€™t hear it unless someone is sitting there. They replaced it then. Not sure if they tested that or not but took care of me for sure.

Thanks guys, I can reproduce the sound by just pushing on the seat. I am usually 99.9% driving by myself for work (pre COVID) 42,000 miles on my 2019. I just discovered this now when I am the passenger with Teaching my son who just got his driving permit How to drive. Holy Scary being a passenger with him and in a seat that sounds like itā€™s not safe!!
