I have same problem with 2018 Grand Cherokee Overland-dealer has been unable to repair - have tried to get help from Jeep customer service but they do not return calls (horrible customer service) - have filed a lemon law case with Texas - still jeep has not called me to repair. This is my 4th Jeep and my last - they simply refuse to help customer even thought they know they have a problem

Got this message from jeep this morning "
"The Tech Advisor is checking to see if he can get a copy of the software update they are working on to address the issue you are having. As soon as he knows, he will let me know." Hope this helps

Great News - Got call today from Jeep - they finally have a fix - software upgrade - they claim this will fix the feedback problem - hope this does fix it - has been driving me crazy

Any word on when the update will be released and whether this is a general update for everyone or only for those people who experience this specific issue?

not sure what update covers- do know it took me to file lemon law here in Texas to get repair done - was told that some engineer from jeep has to come to do repair - it is really a shame that it takes the intervention of the state to get a repair - tells you a lot about jeep service and warranty to customers - this will be last jeep for me - they are only interested in sales with no support to customer - they have know about this problem for at least 2 years

I got the alarm sounding noise on my radio today. As suggested I pulled the radio fuse and reinserted it and the alert sound is gone.

Hopefully got it fixed yesterday - they updated computer software - factory engineer said a warning sensor goes on but does not shut itself off - apparently there are quite a few jeeps with this problem - only repair is software update that dealers don't have and unable to obtain - only way I got it fixed was lemon law and getting state of Texas involved
