Hydro! All the way. This color wasn’t even on my radar when I was Jeep shopping but it is gorgeous. The sparkly flecks are amazing. It does show scratches so careful with that. But the blue changes in different lighting. I get compliments on it every day.
Here’s a couple pics of how the color changes.

Firecracker Red is terrific at hiding dust. Any of the darker colors will make the Jeep your new weekend hobby (cleaning, not driving). They look GREAT when freshly cleaned; horrible when dirty/dusty.

I was between the same exact two colors when I ordered. What pushed me over to hydro was seeing it in person on the dealer lot the day I placed my order. I had them pull one up for me to check out. The color looks so much better in person than in photos, and it already looks good in those too. (And WAY better than the computer generated version on Jeep's website.) As far as dirt, both will show it, but the blue being a lighter color I think hides it a bit better. From a distance you can't tell there are any water spots or road grime. Of course mud will show up on both easily though.

In the end, I made my choice and I haven't even had a second thought or regret. Every time I see it I just smile. Sarge would have had the same effect on me too though.

I like the Hydro Blue better. Sometimes when I see a Sarge green it just looks flat to me.

I love both the green and the blue. I opted for granite because I plan on wrapping it. BUT I regret not getting the Hydro Blue because that is damn sharp in person. It's stunning.

I went with Sting-Gray and love it, but only because orders had already closed for Nacho that was my first choice! My second choice was Sarge, but my brother-in-law had just ordered his in Sarge a week before me and I didn’t want to just copy his.

I’m not a fan of the Hydro, only because in my area it’s aligned with being a University of Kentucky fan, and that’s a no from me. Lol

I've had Jeeps in bright and dark colors, everything hides dirt a little except black. I wasn't a fan of Hydro in person, just not the right shade of blue for me. Love my Sarge! Feels like I'm honoring the Jeeps military roots...but with a 392. :)

Both are great choices. I wasn't a huge fan of Sarge at first (mostly because I grew up in the 90's and despise all the earth tones) but it has grown on me. Always loved Hydro Blue. I think that may be my choice if i had to start over.

It's a tough choice, and a very personal one. I had a really hard time choosing the color for my JLR. (went with Gobi, and I love it)
I prefer the blue to the green, but it's not my Jeep or my money. Buy the one that makes you go "Yeah!!" every time you look at it. What others think does not matter.

I am biased as I went with the Sarge green and the black soft top. Although the Hydro blue was one of the colors I considered. I would have gone with the blue if it was a darker shade of blue, but that is a personal reason. I decided on Sarge because it felt like traditional jeep to me and that is more of the look I wanted. The blue to me was more of a look at me.

I would say go Sarge if you want a little more conservative look and blue if you'd rather have a little flash. I do think both are great choices and can't go wrong with either one.

the two colors couldnt be more opposite from each other lol. the hydro blue is pretty bright. you can see it from far away. it sticks out like crazy. i love the color. but it may be too bright for some people. one is an attention grabber the other flies under the radar.

dark colors show dirt more easily. thats the only real downside. but hey, its not BLACK lol.

green wranglers are so popular i would think that sarge would have better resale. maybe not better, but quicker. but at the same time, the blue is more rare. i wouldnt worry too much about resale. they all sell. it could be baby vomit green and it will still sell. get what grabs YOU more. i would always tell my customers to go with your gut.
