Clutch issues after recall repair

I recently had the recall repair done on my 23 Willys 2 door. Now when shifting from 4 low to 4 high I get the dreaded clutch hot notification and subsequent engine detuning. Seems strange as I thought there was less stress on the clutch in 4 low. I haven’t been doing anything crazy, mostly just fire roads. I took it to the stealership yesterday and they told me nothing is wrong. Anybody else having issues after the recall? Any ideas what might be causing the issue? Thanks
