Has anyone experienced their Climate Controls not working? Mine is stuck on front & rear defrost at 76 degrees. Buttons don't work on the screen or on the dash and when I slide the temp gauge, it goes back to 76 within a second.

Thanks for the help,

I figured out the problem...... both my rear defrost and recycled air buttons are stuck in the pushed position. I don't know how and I don't know how to free them permanently. I gently pried them both loose but as soon as I push them they stick again. Any ideas?

Hmmm . . . could something sticky have gotten spilled in there?
That's all I got.

You could try a toothpick with alcohol on it and go around the outside of the switches. Or you could pull the switch panel out and see if you can access it from the back

Are you still under warranty? What's the likelihood that it's your fault?

To me, it sounds like bad switches.

Reviving the thread. Same happening here. My mirror defrost button seems to be the culprit that is sticking (left circle). If I pry it out, it will stick again when depressed. I will try all aforementioned actions. Did anyone discover the issue?

Here is an update on mine. In my pic below, the mirror heater button is definitely my culprit. When I pried it out, all my other button worked. When I depressed it, it did come on, but it stuck on AND none of the other buttons would work. Now, just to figure out why it is sticking. BTW, this issue does not affect the proper operation of ANY of the climate controls via the radio screen.

I've had sticking buttons for a couple years. A complete replacement of the 'Infotainment HVAC Climate Control Kit' is $600. I removed the entire section and carefully disassembled it. As blowing compressed air just blew some dust further into the entire module. I cleaned it then put some dry lithium grease in there so the buttons moved more freely. I've done that twice and it works for a while. Til I'm off-roading and everything gets dirty/dusty again. It is possible to disassemble the entire unit and clean it. However, it doesn't last. My intent is to get a replacement head unit for my radio that also replaces the climate control as well.

I've removed the entire

Mines clean as a whistle and just had this happen. Second time, last time it fixed itself by shutdown and restart.

Ugh. What a vehicle
