Climate control / volume / etc. not working at startup

Has anyone had the problem where the climate control / volume / etc doesn’t work for ~20-30 seconds before kicking on? Frustrating in the Northeast when getting into cold car after engine warms up @JeepCares video too large to attach thanks

I have a 2018 JLUS with the 5" uConnect that does the same thing sometimes (minus the climate control issue you are seeing as mine is not integrated into the head unit). It appears to be totally random as to when it will occur.

Has a solution been found for this? It just started happening recently on my 2021 JLU Willys. Did a soft reset of the uConnect head unit, but that didn't solve the problem. I'm wondering if an OTA software update could be the culprit, as each time this has happened, going to the apps page on the uConnect shows a loading symbol instead of the regular icons for a few of the connected apps.

Once those loading icons change to regular icons, then the center console buttons start working again. Can take anywhere from 5 second to 30 seconds...
