I use 303 aerospace. Not the tire specific. I was looking for something less shiny. Works great.

It's called BLOOM and tires are a very WET product and I mean that literally. Before radical tires showed up on the scene we had tires that needed a lot of psi to stand up straight. Radials actually came from the Drag Racing world. Goodyear called the 'wrinkle walls".

By using radical tech you got a better contact patch and conformity with the ground surface. To do that the tire had to be flexible and they did that by changing the formula to a wetter one. This provides lubrication to the tire and allows it to flex and not wear out.

From the time the tire is built and then shipped to Warehouses and finally stores the tire sit uninflated and some of the wet seeps out, aka Bloom.

If you have a good power washer it take it off and so will the other products mentioned in this thread.

Go buy 5, . . . .FIVE, . . . new tires. Don't be that guy (Person) with the mismatched spare!! Especially with no tire cover.

G. ;)

I can't believe Totally Awesome didn't work for your tires. With mine I just spray it on really thick and let it sit for a couple of minutes and wipe it off. Yours are worse than I've ever seen though. Mine never get that brown. Keep trying, you'll find something....

Did you use a stiff bristle brush to scrub the tires with the degreaser? I usually have to make two passes scrubbing the tire with degreaser to get the bloom off.

Go to one of those car wash places, and use the power wash, no brushing, just sheer hi psi power wash, that should get all the muck off, then use whatever tire dressing you already have, or use something like 303 protectant on the tires(2 or 3 coats), bumpers, other plastics.
