Pulled the trigger on the Clayton Overland 2.5" last night. Being the ducks in a row type I'm wanting to make sure I have the correct size crows foot for the jam nuts. I have large open end wrenches but don't want to guess at the torque. Thanks

I read through instructions once quickly a while back. Im sure they listed it but I remember 46mm or 1 13/16th was the jamb nut size.

So instructions state the jam nuts are a couple sizes. One that is 1 and 7/16th and one that is 1 and 11/16th, lots of torques values but for the life of me I can't find the torque value for the jam nuts.

Cut the box end off of a combination wrench, put a 3ft length of pipe over the end and crank as hard as you can. Well over 200 ft/lbs.

I didn’t find a torque number. I just tightened as much as possible.

Our recommendation is always to tighten them as much as you possibly can, and then tighten them a little more!
