And there are some bumps it doesn't like. Had issues this morning. I'm going to get the front end off the ground soon and check the wear on the ball joints.

So as a follow up, It is now winter, I killed the DW with the MetalCloak geometry brackets but unknowingly stepped on the butterfly. Didn’t find this out til two weeks ago driving through the Nor-Easter and pulled the lever into 4 hi. Steering started vibrating enough that i knew that I had over rotated the front axle and I went too far and threw the pinion angle off. I sent a note to MetalCloak and they agreed. Just got the alignment checked and my caster angle was 9.6 and 9.7 degrees. That’ll kill the DW for sure. Sent the numbers to MetalCloak to see if I should use the center or top holes on the brackets. Film at 11 when they get back to me.

So the Metalcloak brackets have three options for the upper control arms to adjust the caster. The lower option will have the highest caster angle and the upper option will have the lowest. The difference between them is about 2 degrees and there is a middle option. So I went in and move the upper control arms to the highest setting which should reduce my caster to around 7.6 degrees positive and there was no shake over bumps and no vibration at 53 mph (that was the harmonic point) and no vibration when I engage 4hi. Highly recommend this product.
