Running milestar patagonia 37x12.5 MT-02 on my 23 Rubi XR. My shop said they were too big for their machine to road force balance so I went with beads. They worked ok 90% of time but occasionally gave a shimmy when I first started driving and always gave a shimmy at 65mph plus. So I decided to try centramatics. Rotated tires today and threw them on. What a difference. I won’t say it drives as smooth as my Escalade but it’s darn close. No shimmy at all even up to 80mph. Worth every penny. Same idea of centrifugal balancing as beads but since weights are in a fluid in a sealed ring, they don’t clump or get stuck. I can’t see why time would change my initial impressions but highly recommended for those running bigger tires that aren’t happy with balance. Only issue was that I had to ream the holes a bit bigger to fit studs and you need spacers to run them which I had on already.

I'm assuming you need the spacers so that the Centramatic unit clears your caliper?

Considering giving these a shot since I already have some spacers I could install. What size spacer did you use? This setup still working out for you?

I have 1.5 spacers. Yes I still like em. Not perfect but 95% better than the beads alone.
