Did anybody figured out part number for a center stack with single zone climate and volume knob? with it you dont need to add all the sensors to a jeep with base climate control when you upgrade to a bigger screen.

To the best of my knowledge, the whole center stack is sold as one assembly. Check ebay for the best price.

No luck on ebay yet. As I understand, the one Im looking for only comes on 23 models.

This is what's in my 22 JT and our 23 JL sport that has the pictured setup. (7" radio, single zone climate) aLthough ours are manuals so no offroad cruise control button. Would need a vin for me to personally look that up for a 22+ sport with the 7" radio and an auto trans

HI Ian - I just installed the 8.4" radio in my '20 gladiator and would like to retain a volume knob like I had with the 5" radio. I found a '23 Wrangler online that has all the features I need to retain (heated seats, heated steering wheel, single zone climate etc). The vin # for the '23 Wrangler is 1C4GJXANXPW656891. Thank you in advance for your help and lmk if you need any additional info. Dan

Just a Heads up. Once you install the radio and center stack you need to go to the dealer and have your HVAC software updated to the newest version or you will have problems with the heat and ac being only full hot or full cold...

Thanks for the heads up...I'm currently using the single zone manual climate control panel w/o the volume knob. I did try the dual zone one that I had on hand via JScan and as you said it is difficult to maintain a constant temperature. From what I read, that one would still require a new harness for the additional temp sensors. I really don't care about the automatic climate control feature so that is why I am looking to find a single zone manual one from a 2022 or newer model that has the volume control knob. Actually the center stack I'm currently using isn't the one that came with my Gladiator as I ended up doing an OEM heated steering wheel and front seats retrofit.

I tried all of them in my last gladiator. Both the single zone and the duel zone did the same thing with all hot or all cold. There was one person on the gladiator forum that got it to work and that was by having the firmware updated.
My guess is because the current firmware is older than the new single zone controls, I think the new firmware fixes something so the controls work correctly.

It's not a big deal to me if I have to bring it to the dealer for an update. I'm just looking to best match how I have things setup. I don't mind having to adjust the volume with the steering wheel control, however the volume knob on the center stack is much more convenient.

I didn't last long without the volume knob on the center stack...
I never brought mine in for the update. The day before I was going to the dealer for the update I totaled the Gladiator. Lucky enough I found the same color Gladiator Mojave for sale in my state a couple days later and it came fully loaded.

Glad it all worked out for you and hopefully all is going well with your new Gladiator. Thanks again for the info.
