There is a great new Youtube video, that is basically an after-action report detailing the steps, and mis-steps to resolving dash electrical gremlins. It may be on a Gladiator, but certainly applies to similar issues on Wranglers.
What is unusual, is that he admits to his frustration and mis-steps taken over months before finally finding the relatively simple solution. He seems to have tried everything that we internet pundits have advised, including:

- tighten battery terminals
- Aux battery replacement
- Aux battery removal
- reseat fuses
- remove fuse box to check for bent pins on connectors
- replace z-case fuse
- replace CANbus hub
- replace star connector hub
- replace center stack switch panel
