Can bus block question

On this canbus can anyone tell me what each of these wires control?
I can't seem to understand the electrical diagram with it and what they control.

The canbuss is used to tye everything together so that the when your car does its diagnostic check at start up. So if the block is bad then there will be a code. But it can cause crazy things to happen. I changed mine. Lots of DTC codes. And now I know what caused the whole issue. Power steering pump is bad.

the "canbus" isnt a single connector its the entire network and communication protocol. What you need is a wiring diagram of the system you are looking at and find that connector.

thanks guys i was having trouble reading the wiring diagrams online and could not figure out what exactly it controlled.
your right its a network that checks if all the sensors are working and communication okay.
i actually got water in it so i am replacing it to be safe, i already changed the large 20 block green one next to it.

You can find the blocks on ebay. Remove the old ones and the part number is on them. The green one is cheap. It's the white one that is spendy. That one controls the main diagnostics. The green one is for radio, dome light ect

Right, it actually just arrived 5 mins ago today. i got it for 18 bucks on ebay. The green was 2 for 11.

I believe that's how I toasted mine. Left freedom panels off. Rained and poof.

Right, it actually just arrived 5 mins ago today. i got it for 18 bucks on ebay. The green was 2 for 11.

The white one was only 18 bucks. Are you sure it's correct. Everything where I looked it was 60+. Even those on the forum paid around 60

Does the order matter? Because it is a bus can't you just pug them in in any order? or is this more of a row of DAC outputs?

Never mind I paid 44bucks. But 18 is a good deal. Hope it's correct

I was wondering that also. I know there is a main line. But the plug for that one is different. Is the a actual diagram

I got a bit to deep in a water hole and it was wet.
Also have to replace the body control module, that should be here Saturday.
I'll be doing a write up when i get it all back together and cleaned up.
Drained all oils, pulled plugs, seats and carpet out and getting washed.

Its a bus/bridge, plug order shoudn't matter.
