I was told to look here for previous discussions, but I'm not seeing them and either is search.
I have an Auxbeam AS-R80 slim and would love to have certain buttons enable on when the switch powers on. Mostly DRL items. I was told I need to install a bypass memory mod between the switch panel and the controller.
Has anyone actually done this, and if so, care to share? Auxbeam does not have a "supported" bypass memory mod, and their connector cable is a 4 (or 8) pin data cable. I think they call it a 4-pin aviation video cable.
