Bumper closeout panel/cover?

Anyone know what part number this closeout panel is for a 2019 JL with steel bumper? I’m looking for the close out panel that covers where the winch fairlead would go. I removed my winch to return my car back to factory as my 23 JLUR arrives 2nd week of October but for the life of me can’t find where I put this part! Picture of my bumper for reference of the item I’m looking for. Thanks!!

Necro bump, but does anyone know why my plastic cover would suddenly be bowing outward at top center and bottom center?

Lightly brushed a few bugs off of it on Saturday and it was still fitting flush against the bumper, didn't hit anything on the way to work and now there's suddenly a gap. Suppose two of the clips could've broken off, but can't imagine how that would've happened.
