JK bumper “Rubicon” fairlead closeout panel fit on a JL steel bumper????

If I can find one of these JK “Rubicon“ stamped fairlead closeout panels for a good deal, could it replace the plain JL steel bumper closeout panel with a direct fit? I haven’t crawled under yet or explored, but Google hasn’t helped with my question. May be a moot point, as the cheapest I’ve found the “Rubicon” stamped panel is $125 and that’s totally not worth it (the plain JL ones are like 20 bucks).

Help? Any thoughts?

The outside shape of the panel is not the same. I had a JK Steel Bumper and I tried it before I Sold it
