Prob spot on :). I would also guess bowing may have something to do with OEM trackbar. Front end most likely shifted close to inch with that size spring.
Im also assuming that EVERY suspension component is under a pretty heavy load or binding somehow from extra force from springs trying to push up. Good times lol

Probably will - in either case not going to cost me anything to have corrected other than a day of jeep being in shop. This was just shipping issue at EVO sending out the wrong kit and not being double checked before install at the shop. Stuff happens so not too worried about it. Not sure Id ever use either RC or MC to its full potential. Not much in Georgia other than forest service roads and what there is Im not really wanting to risk trashing Jeep over.

Hi all.
Trying to figure an issue out and hoping for assistance. Recently installed a Diesel specific 2.5" suspension lift kit on a '21 JLURD . The issue I am having is that I now only have 2" of clearance between top of bottom stop to the rubber cushion on the front. This is at standstill on level ground. This is allowing the front suspension to bottom out rather frequently even on minor bumps in the road at slow speed. On road its great but off road just about any pothole will bottom out even at 5-10mph speeds, definitely a solid contact of bump stop.

I guess my question is shouldn't I have gained more upward travel over stock after installing a lift kit?
I have a 2021 Extreme Recon JL and there is very little clearance on the bumpstops. Perhaps 2.5/3 inches max. I don't think I'm going to be able to fix this shorter travel without lifting the front end some. It's already very high from the factory 1.5 inches above the regular Rubicon. I know the regular rubicon rides nice an has extra articulation. Anyone have some ideas on what can be done with it? I am replacing the Shocks with 3.5 DSC Fox shocks hoping that will improve everything but not the flex. Worried about that. I am considering a 3/4 inch spacer or Rock Crawler springs that will get me up about an inch or more I don't really want to go that high with 35's as a daily driver it's already rough with 35's on it.

Well after looking over everything and comparing part #s this is entirely the wrong kit for a Diesel front end. Spring P/N is coming up as gas engine 4.5" lift. Shocks coming up as gas 3.5-5" lift.
This makes sense so now springs and shocks have used up about 2" of travel just sitting still. And makes sense that a 4" tall bump stop came with front kit. Keep ya posted on outcome. Think going to get refund or correct kit installed - prob not EVO though unless they correct it. I kinda wondered why front spring had a curve to it.

Omg is that at ride height? Seeing that alone would tell me those springs are absolutely not for that jeep. My springs look like that when I’m pretty flexed out

2021 3.6 eTorque
Dynatrac 2” lift
2” bump stops
FOX 2.0 2-3”
17x7.5 wheels -6 offset
35 ko2s
Sway bar disconnected
About 70% flexed

Yes those pics I posted are sitting level, unloaded and on a flat driveway.
