Buffing plastic light housings?

Well, I got home and searched the shed, as well as the garage. This is what I came up with. Unfortunately the lense repair kit is missing the sander/spung things, but I did find the carnauba wax. It’s old, but I’m thinking it will work.

That turtle wax would be my choice. Anything with “scratch” on the bottle is likely an abrasive. Is hit it with a couple layers of wax and see if you’re happy with the result. Abrasives have the potential to remove any UV protective layers and could potentially lead to a premature yellowing or clouding of the lens.
