I think the passengers side is green block. That is where I wired the Rear Park Asset up to. (that cable I made myself, easy)

I don think you need to for the modules, they will automatically pick up your vin on the bus. If they are used they will just show the original VIN also with yours.
Here is my right side (only one I can see even if I only have the left plugged in)
You can see it will have the original VIN then your current VIN will populate.

This is from my wife's. She has 00 for right and 000f for left (these are hex addresses). for my right it is 00 and if I swap sensors the other is also 00 so I "think" that is my issues. I need to assign the left side 000f but when I try to set one it does not take (says success). Reading online I may need a "blue cable" that changes pinout to program but I am not sure yet.

Using OBDlinnk MX+ with the security bypass cable. I know if I look with AlfaOBD it tells me to use a blue adapter cable (certain pins moved) to get to certain computers.

Just finished rewriting same issues. Wiring was correct in the beginning. Just wanted to be sure. Does your harness connect to lighter for power?

Yes, mine does goto lighter for power. it also supplies it for the ParkSense. I have checked both sides and bot have +12 and grounds.
If I plug only one sensor in to either side it still only shows the right module. It makes no sense, unless both modules are coded for right. I have been searching and still can't figure that out. There is no wire that tells them left from right side. There is only the wire that goes to the LED out put on the mirror but nothing designating right from left.
Also, here is what is set from my wife's Wrangler that has factory blind spot:
BSM on/off - Active
BSM Left Blind - Active
BSM/LBSM - Active
RBSS/RBSM/RBSS - Active
Active Blind Spot Present - Not Set
Blind Spot Alert Menu - Set
Blind Spot Mirror Present - Not Set
Radio User Settings for Blind Spot - Active
That is how hers is set from factory if it helps to check yours.

I think I figured it out and will fix this weekend. Has to do with the door harness. I dont have the signal control going back to the sensor for the left or right side. Easy fix, just some time to fix. The 2 wires per side going to each door, one is for the LED in mirror (other side is ground in door harness) the other wire is for the control (left or right) that goes back to the sensor!

I’m pretty sure I checked continuity from door harness up to mirror. I ran wire from pin 12 of taillight to pin 21 of vehicle side of door harness. And I modified my door harness to have connections for turn signal and bsm. I’m lost now lbvs

You have the correct harness from the connector up the inside of the door to the new mirror's also?

What I did, I replaced the glass in my original mirror that has Blind Spot indicator in therm. then I ran the Neg to a ground in door then positive of the indicator back to pin 12 of taillight.

The mirror glass I purchased: https://www.ebay.com/itm/126350234086 then cut cable and grounded the black and the red went back to BSD driver.

I bought mirrors with blind spot. I believe last I checked I had the correct door harness but I think I’m going to look and check tomorrow. I do remember adding wiring but I think that was for the turn signals. I did not add a ground so maybe that’s it.
