Not sure if it's still the same way, but I've toured Blanton's a few times (most recently pre-COVID) and was lucky enough to be there when they were bottling Blanton's. They'd let you grab whatever tops you needed to complete your collection right from the line.

I didn't take any, preferring the "purist route" as well. Now, with how friggin' hard it is to find a bottle for less than $250, I'm slightly regretting my decision...

Still can. Blantons get put out once a week at BT gift shop and you can request a letter. One bottle per person and then you get put in Blanton jail for three months so folks can’t stock up. I am actually lucky enough to have a local liquor store that hooks me up for MSRP. I have two letters to go. He has them but I still have two full bottles to drink yet.

I had one of those days and pulled the rip cord before I ?? Fell into an awesome Woodford Manhattan my wife the exbartender made WOW! Then topped it off with a Montecristo White!! The woodford Cherries are the best cherries ever!!

I’ve found them for $100-$125.

What do you consider collector pricing? I can find them for $125

Some high rollers up in here experiencing some drink that I would never even give a second glance to due to the cost, but strolled in to Costco last night and stumbled on this:

116.8 proof and a little stout up front. Smooth and mellow on the back end. Might as well be Coor’s Light to some of you I’m sure but I’m enjoying it and thought some others may as well.?

Laura, here in Ct we see them regularly for $80/$90. I'd say a "collecting price" would be anything over $100
