BOLT padlock--what is the max inside width it will close on?

Quick question for anyone who has the BOLT padlock--what is the max inside width it will close on? It says 2" shackle but don't know if 2" is the straight part of the shackle or the max it will close on. Thanks!

Thanks! I'm looking for the max inside shackle length--I subtracted .311" shackle thickness from 2.14" ouside shackle height, and that should be pretty close. The diagram makes it look like there might be a bit extra distance between the shackles since it measures to the flange and not to the base. But pretty close.

I measured it at 1-7/8 inches with my calipers in the very middle.
