Where is/what is the ishaft bolt on a JL?

Got Jeep back from tsb fix, steering just as sloppy if not worse. Torqued the steering box bolts to 99ftlbs. Hearing something about an ishaft bolt needing torque that may help tighten things up.

This is the bolt that connects the intermediate shaft to the input of the steering box.

Stick your head under the Jeep and you’ll see a shaft going to the firewall. There’s only one bolt holding that shaft to the gearbox. Can’t miss it.
Thanks! Do you by any chance know the torque spec for that bolt
