I would say If you plan to keep the top off pull the drain plugs. In fact just pull them, the day I had my tires installed it was pouring. The wind blew it right into the open rear of my Jeep as the tech loaded up the old tires. It took me a week to find where the musty smell was coming from, well there was a quarter inch of water in the under floor storage. ?
