I know I've mentioned this jack on the forums before and I tell everyone about it on the trail as well and just wanted to give props yet again to Pro Eagle.
My 1.5 ton got a bit of damage on the lift pad during my last recovery. It made it so my extension could not fully lock in place. I called up Eagle Pro and no questions asked they sent me a replacement lift pad free of charge and they covered shipping.
This jack has saved me and others multiple times. It always goes with me on wheeling trips. I highly recommend it and they stand behind their warranty.
Changing out the lift pad was pretty simple. There is a compressed spring in there that had to go back in place but the whole process took less than 5 minutes.
