I am battling this issue now. New batteries installed and still having the issue. After fully charging my new dead batteries, I have a non start situation in about 3days (~10.2volts at battery). I have 35k miles and a month left on my 3year warranty. I have a Tazer, winch, amp/sub, and trailer wiring installed. Pulled fuse on amp…. Wasn’t that. Disconnected winch from system yesterday to see what happens. Tazer is next. Lmk what you guys find. This is quite annoying.

It ended up 100% being caused by the Tazer. I unmarried and removed the tazer for a few weeks and the issue disappeared.
Zauto has made an update to the firmware to alleviate the problem, it seems to be working (so far) for the last few weeks

@PA JLUR

Rule out a blown N3 on the high amp fuse array..... if N3 is blown, the alternator will not charge the Aux battery.

The Main and Aux are hooked up in parallel..... that Aux battery not being charged will negatively impact the dual battery system....

IF you have been running the Tazer JL with the same firmware on it for months, I doubt it is the Tazer JL. Yes, there is a small chance though .... and the Tazer JL should be unmarried and removed temporary.

Caveat... Never leave Tazer JL feature, set in motion nav, enabled if you are not actively using that feature. The feature if left enabled can cause UConnect wake-ups that can deplete batteries and cause a no start situation. This is alluded to in the Tazer JL instructions.

Thanks. I updated Tazer to 11.3.7 a few months ago…. Thinking that might be the culprit. Will check settings and fuse too. Really appreciate the tips.

That's lame. Couldn't they claim that about anything that goes wrong?
Yeah it is very lame, my nearest dealer is horrible with service but jeep wouldn't tow it to a different 1.
I have avoided that dealership "coon rapids, mn Chrysler, jeep, ram" for 20 years of jeep ownership but since it had to be towed, i had no option and just was hoping things changed at the dealership.
Nope, got charged full cost for repair. And they found some connections unplugged when they pulled the dash out looking for the battery drain. But they wouldn't cover factory labor i.e it coming from factory not plugged in.
Also was told because i put a lift in that my warranty is void, and i went up the chain of command and every jeep executive desk jockey pushed it on to the next guy and said they can't do anything or won't.
If i ever need something done i will go to a different dealership but luckly i can fix most things myself or with the help of this forum.
I was angry when all this happened however long ago its been, but since then i simply dont care anymore.
I bought the jeep as a toy and have another truck for daily driving so i dont get stranded when something breaks on the jeep.

How can you tell if the N3 fuse is blown

...warranty denied it saying i "took delivery of it like that"

they told me to contact jeep, that repair cost me 534 bucks so now i am trying to contact jeepcares to see if they "care"
1.) How did FCA deny this warranty coverage? I mean in what way did you receive a notification that it was denied? Through the dealership? Or directly from a FCA communication? This is unacceptable.

2.) DEFINITELY contact Jeep Cares. Be very very specific in the timeline you give them. I recently had some warranty work covered for my Jeep and FCA was dragging their feet regarding sending an Adjuster/Inspector out to see my engine. I contacted Jeep Cares on this forum, gave them my timeline of what occurred with my Jeep, and told them that their response time to my issue was unacceptable. I also gave them a list of demands, essentially I wanted a timeline from them about the work being done to my vehicle. They responded to me and put me in touch with a Customer Care Rep who got in touch with the dealership and the inspector. A few days later after my customer care rep reached out to me, the adjuster was on his way to inspect my Jeep.

Never sleep on Jeep Cares. Always contact them with any issue, especially if you are within your warranty.

I have it another thread explaining what happened, jeep cares did nothing and said they couldn't do nothing.
Like i kinda said, it is done and over with and i don't care any longer because i personally did my best to go through the entire jeep and fix the quirks or prevent them through knowledge with this forum.
I don't have the picture i took off the email on my phone right now but basically it went like this.
They claimed i unplugged it, i said how? Your tech spent a day taking the dash out and found it not plugged in and claimed possibly from factory, they said the jeep wouldn't run if it was unplugged, i said that's not true i have drove it 1 year and your dealership started it and drove it. They said it was not a factory defective part that failed so warranty will not cover it or factory labor i.e building the jeep.
Stuff happens, i let it go, sometimes crap happens o well.
Was i angry? yes o you betcha i was! but i still drive jeeps and still love off roading.

Actually funny thing is i had Xj's last 20 years and loved my 98 Cherokee xj decided to get a wrangler for small compact off roader for road trips and badge of honor trails and liked the idea of open top.
i had my wrangler for 1 year exactly in late August but thought it was "over rated"
I was not fully happy with it or excited.
Then middle of august i went off roading in moab, first time ever going cross country off roading and after a week in moab i fell in love with my wrangler and its capabilities and comfort.
Now I'm very happy with it!
currently getting it regeared to 4.88 and hoping to get back to moab in early November for another fun run in the slickrocks.
