I worked in IT for the last 5 years, largely on Cisco equipment, and you should be warned that running an OS that out of date means there are a lot of security flaws and exploits that have come up since the sun setting of that and you have no protection for. I highly advise any computer running so out of date NEVER be connected to the internet and only used on internal networks if used at all. It’s your info on the line and I can’t tell you how to spend money, but I would be irresponsible if I didn’t tell you to move onto something still receiving security updates, which is windows 10 or newer at this point.

Agreed on the IT side of things, that machine in its current state should not be touching the web. It doesn't cost a lot to get up to Win10, especially if you're looking for the Banks website.

That Vista computer was my primary computer for over 14 years (the backup being an even older XP unit). Had upgraded at the beginning of the year to a 8-9 year old Windows 7 computer, but it cratered 6 months in so out came Vista again.

Just in the past month I bought a refurbished (but looks brand new) HP Elite Book with semi-modern i5 processor for $286. So I'll get that online in the new couple of weeks.

While your waiting to catch up on your Windows version just check Northridge4x4 (or any Jeep vendor of your choice). Banks website pricing is the same as its retailers.
