I have seen the WolfBox set up and considered it for the reasons you mention, and might head down that path if I cannot find something suitable.What's the advantage of one that's ball mounted? Mine replaced the rearview mirror, so it looks completely stock (doesn't need to be removed when parking in questionable areas) and doesn't take up dash space.

Mine's a Brandmotion. I wouldn't recommend it due to severe the blossoming at night. I bought it a few years ago and alternatives should be significantly better now.Which mirror cam did you get?
Accessories come and go, and what I use is currently out of stock, but hopefully it will provide a bit of guidance nonetheless.Any recommendations on a ball mount dash cam? I cannot find one anywhere and would love to find one. Thanks.
Sorry for the confusion I was remembering wrong but here is my setup. I have the wolf box g900 with there factory mount. This bolts to the back of the wolf box.I did not think wolf box made one - which model is it?
