Good day everyone!!

We’re the proud owners of a JLUS for the last 2 years and have just got the news that we’re expecting twins!!!

I’m wondering if anyone in Europe has any advise on baby car seats/ multiple year car seats that would fit the JLU especially since the headrest isn’t removable and nearly all baby seats require it to be removed.

Thanks a lot!

First off congrats! Not sure about the EU, but in the states (Illinois) we don’t have to remove the headrests. I have a 4yo in a forward facing seat and a 7 week old in a carrier click style rear facing. Both are anchored properly, snug tight, and I’m driving pretty much with my knees against the steering wheel, but it works.

That’s good news, I hope it’s the same for the EU models car seats as we use the same ones in Dubai as EU.
Hopefully it will all fit hahaha, otherwise it will be a second car on the side I am affraid. Not giving up the Jeep! Lol

The car seats fit fine. It is a pain in the ass to get the anchor for group B/C under the head rest. You need to pull the head rest drop down lever and then you can do it.
Sucks, but it is doable.
I normally just use the ISOFIX only and the normal belt now, since my boy is bigger now.
I'd not worry too much about it.. 3 years from now you will wonder how the hell 3 years just passed by and you already need a new car seat-

Wow, twins, that’s awesome, congratulations ! I like Britax Römer baby seats - we’ve had different from 0 to group 2/3.
