I want to upgrade the wire on the output side of one of the 40 amp circuit relays on my aftermarket Mopar Auxillary Switches. I'd prefer to replace the crimp connector inside the relay block, but I am having a lot of trouble identifying the exact crimp terminal that is needed. Does anyone know what those terminals are or where I can find one?

That's a "female spade terminal". Regular ones can be found in any store with an automotive electrical aisle. That specific one is a bit special, in that it has integrated hooks that click it into a plug, or fuse block in this scenario.

Search phrase: female spade terminal for fuse panel.

Curious, why exactly are you wanting to increase the wire gage size on that circuit? Are you also upping the fuse and relay sizes for higher than 40 amps?

Thanks for the response. I plan to use one of the 40 amp outputs from the Aux Switch panel to run to a 30 amp charger in a small camper. To maintain the voltage I need to use about 10 gauge wire. I prefer not to have a section of 14 gauge wire in the middle of the circuit. I have done a good deal of searching the internet, but I can't find an exact match. I hope that someone here has some experience with this item.

When you're looking for terminals like that you start with trying to find the connector housing that they fit into, as nearly every housing uses a different terminal. Look for the manufacturer of the housing and any part numbers that are molded in, then start Googling.

Digi-key and Mouser are two very good sources for all sorts of housings and terminals and they both usually include manufacturer schematics and drawings for most of their parts. I've built numerous harnesses for my F150 to add in factory options seamlessly and it takes a little while to get the hang of searching for these parts, but once you do it's rare that you can't find what you need.
