I suppose it'll work, but it's a strange way to do it without advantage. Also, the N2 terminal connector on the CR[an]K battery positive cable isn't keyed for N1.
Yes, works perfectly.
Did discover the real issue was my CAN bus star connector under the glove box. New part $65, replaced in less than 10 minutes. All the "electrical storm" behavior is gone!

The advantage is simple, total, absolute electrical separation from Jeep's Rube Goldburg AUX batt design.
No remove/replace the right front fender.
No remove/reinstall PCM box.

Just disconnect and tape off (electrical tape) all (1 NEG, 2 POS) AUX batt cable ends.
Leave CRK batt POS cable end on N2.
Jump N2 to N1.
Done.
Jeep life is good again.

I'm glad you got your CAN bus issues fixed!

But again, the jumper is entirely unnecessary to achieve your above-listed goals. You removed the factory connection between N3 and N1, only to essentially recreate it elsewhere.

I’m not sure I understand what the OP is trying to do, bypass the aux or remove it.? If you want to treat it like there is no aux battery, remove the aux negative, and the control module, along with its cables, then run a jumper from N1 to N3. Tape off the sensor that was plugged into the control module. I did that a couple of months back no issues at all, no aux battery, no extra cables or control module . I used a 15” 2AWG with 90 degree cable ends.
Yup that’s it and pull fuse 42, I moved N3 cable at the solenoid to N1, unsure of the gauge size.

Yup that’s it and pull fuse 42, I moved N3 cable at the solenoid to N1, unsure of the gauge size.
Technically, fuse F42 is irrelevant if you remove the cable between N3 and the PDC.

But re-routing the N3 cable from the PDC to N1 is 👍

Nope.

After being stranded for a third and final time, I disconnected and removed the auxiliary battery, taped the cable ends and pulled Fuse 42. It’s been running flawless ever since.
Back before I started fixing my own jeep ( this one forced me into doing so) I was stranded, cost me a tow & 800$ CAD at the stealer to have the high fuses and aux battery swapped and without a Jeep or loaner for a month. That shites gone! (Except the high fuses)
