Aux battery cable

Thinking about swapping out aux battery or disconnect it. The issue in having is that in all the pictures and videos there are 2 negative battery cables , one for the main and one for aux. I only have one cable and not two. Also the F42 fuse is not there already.. I'm kind of stumped, if you'll have any ideas or advice I sure would appreciate it. Thanks you'll

I'm kinda new so sorry if I posted in the wrong place. I just saw battery/charging etc so I just assumed it was alright. Sorry for the issue

You won't have a small aux battery if your 2018 is a 4 cylinder.
