I'm confused as to cause and effect here.

If climate controls are turned off, cabin temperature changes don't prematurely end ESS events do they?

It's the engagement of turned on climate controls in response to this temperature change that then ends the ESS event before the foot is taken off the brake so as respond to the climate change, no?
