My audio system last acted up on Thursday, January 17th...was at the dealer for 4 days that next week, but has been working since the episode on the 17th. I just thought I'd give an update, and we have had very cold weather during that time with an actual air temp of -31 and wind chills of -60. We'll see what happens.Here's what I received Monday (1/28) from my dealer service guy:
"Chrysler informed us that they have received a few logs from customers with the same issue. They are currently evaluating the information to rectify the concern. If we need additional info, they will set up a flash drive for us to install in your jeep to gather data. At this present moment they are hoping to find a fix with the data they have received. I will let you know as soon as we hear anything from Chrysler"
While I'd like to get this resolved immediately, I believe my dealer is in communication with Chrysler and will get this resolved. Not much else I can do. In the mean time, mine has not acted up, but I will check for lack of back-up lines if/when it does happen again.
