Hey everyone,

Just curious. I went to my dealer Tuesday afternoon to pay for my Wrangler. I live in RI and bought in Massachusetts. Is there any reason that ir won;t be available to pick up until Friday? I know in the grand scheme of things it;s no big deal but I am wondering what takes 3 days? I also paying for and insuring a Jeep I don't have. Is this normal?

Thank you for any help
They dont have it yet?

Any insight into when lease programs for the 2.0L will be announced? I've talked to two dealers in the Mid-Atlantic who can't give me pricing but have been told by FCA that RV will be different for 2.0 vs 3.6.

Thanks!

During price negotiations with my dealer they present a sheet listing "MSRP(USD)" and "FWP(USD)...Is the FWP amount the "Invoice" price people are negotiating from? For example, I'm trying to get 5% off Invoice. Should I take 5% off the FWP amount? Or are they hiding the true invoice price from me?

Thanks $uicide$hift, U Dah Man
No problem. You can scan through this THREAD to see deals people have been getting as well as their order sheets with pricing.

EXAMPLE from that thread

**Edit - Your EP price is employee pricing and is 5% below invoice which many here have been able to get. You just need to be careful and make sure you know any other fees the dealer may add such as documentation fees or any other "dealer" add ons before making the deal.

Oh yes, dealers love their add ons and admin fees! I think NC is the capital of the world in that regard. I reguarly see $1795 complete BS add ons and over $700 admin fees Then have the nerve to act like you are robbing them asking for a discount But, thats the game

Does Hendrick ring a bell. I don't shop there for this reason.

There are some good dealers in NC. Haven't heard of any in the Charlotte area but Triad and Triangle have some.

But we have some of the bad ones too. Autopark in Cary has a great "protection package" if you are interested.

I purchased from Steve White Motors in NC. I can tell you that they gave me a great deal and have been so nice and accommodating with the second order that is stuck in Marion. I highly recommend them:)

Can I ask about your experiences with Autopark, especially the "protection package?" Do you mean the scotch guard or whatever that coating is they put on the Jeep, or do you mean their maintenance package? Thanks!

I just mean I went by there and they had an extra window sticker on each Jeep with an extra list of dealer options they called the Protection Package. it included all-weather mats, some kind of paint protection, VIN etching or something similar, wheel locks, etc. About $300 worth of stuff they were charging $1,300 for. Different packages on different Jeeps but included on a lot of them. I should have taken a picture because I have never been back.
