That makes sense. My concern was for the hole that gets worn through floor mats from the right heel pivoting in the same spot all the time. That could be considered normal wear, but is not excessive wear. I look forward to trying these out in my Gladiator.
Agreed, that is normal wear, I get that in my cars because I always wear cowboy boots with a very hard heal. I have driven my jeep for some time and that spot hasn't shown wear.

Thanks for the purchase. Let me know how it goes.

Kail,

Any pictures of the beige floors for the JL. I have the tan leather seats. Wanted to see how they compare.

Hey guys, I've been working on an audio build for my 2-door JLR, and I was planning on doing some sound deadening. For the front, I got the Front-only Armorlite. Wow, high-end product. It fit perfectly...took me 3 or 4 tries to lay it in perfectly, but once I got it perfect, it fit like a glove. It's extra grippy, including in wet (we had some rain/snow here yesterday). Definitely a ton of sound deadening there. Don't get me wrong, the Jeep is still loud (I have a soft top), but the tire noise is vastly reduced.

Also, cosmetically, it looks fantastic. Even my wife was impressed, and she really could not give a damn about cars.

Here's a pic of the front-only:

Install wise, the hardest part for me was getting the female end of the door harness out of the kick panel. It was clipped into there real good. Once I figured that out, the rest was pretty simple. My hands got a bit cut up pulling panels...probably should have worn Mechanix gloves like the guy in the installation video.

Hope the above helps somebody!

YESSIR - It is all in design. At this time it looks like spring availability.
Just coming back to this, wondering when the rear cargo area for JLU will be available to order and when will it ship. Thank you.

@Armorlite Kail I am aware that you guys are currently still working on the cargo mat area but I have a few questions

1. Any updates on the release for the rear cargo area?
2. Are we going to have access the D rings and access to rear cubby?
3. Will the carpet be removed or will it be place on top?
4. Is the back seats covered as well? Like if I decide to fold down the rear seats to place something there! Will the backseat be protected as well?

Thank you. :muscle: :muscle: :muscle:

Hey Guys,
The JLU Rear cargo area will be coming this summer.
We are working on replacing all carpet, wheel arches, seat backs as well as the floor. There will be a standard drop in cargo mat like we offer the JK but also a full coverage package, with some added storage we are designing.
I will post it all on this forum as soon as we have some prototypes worked up.

Thank you. I am holding tight to order a full package for my 392, until it's all ready.

Sure thing, if you decide to order what we have, we make a point to email customers who bought those portions and offer a discount for the rear section when it comes out. We are working on the JK cargo right now then will do the JL cargo next. But either way we hope to get your business.

I installed the system for my 2 DR JL a few weeks ago. The hardest part for me was getting the drivers side drain plug fully pressed in and seated.

I really like this floor system. It seems to take awhile before it gets dirty from day to day use (no off-roading yet since installing).

I've only washed it once since installing, and it looked like new afterwards. Happy so far with this product.
