are tailgate hinges worth anything?

just installed my rugged ridge spartacus tailgate reinforcement kit & have the leftover tailgate hinges

would they be worth anything to anybody & would it even be worth the minute amount of time it would take to post them in the marketplace?

if they are worth SOMETHING, what would you suggest I list them for?
