It's brightness is similar to a running light, which isn't enough to function as a turn signal, especially during daytime.

These are the only pics I have, arranged from darkest to lightest ambient. If you'd like, I can take some during the height of daylight.

We can do a bit of math to figure it out. https://www.bajadesigns.com/products/lp4-pro-led-auxiliary-light-pod-pair/
The LP4 produces 7,050 lumens at 60 watts, giving us an efficiency of 117.5 lumens per watt. This appears to be for both lights together. The side shooting LED's have an efficiency of 113 lumens per watt.

The backlight doesn't give a lumen rating, but it does say it uses 4.83 watts. Combine that with our efficiency above (efficiency does change depending on current, but we are keeping it simple here) and we get 4.83 * 117.5 = 567.5 lumens for the two of them, or about 284 lumens each.

The turn signals in the wrangler are 7443 size (might depend on trim) which from what I can see is rated for 440 lumens each. Aftermarket LED 7443 bulbs from DiodeDynamics seem to range from 250 to 510 lumens. So in terms of brightness it might be slightly less bright, but it may work.

Legally I doubt you could use it as your only turn signal, but it could be a cool look to combine it with your existing signals.

@Headbarcode Thank you very much for the those pictures!

The brightness looks similar to that of the ambers on a JK. Would you say that is a fair statement
The backlights seem to be on par with the brightness of a JK's amber running lights. In my opinion, they are too subtle to serve as a stand alone turn signal and it wouldn't match the intensity if used as a supplemental signal to the factory one.
