That would be an oxymoron, so that doesn't quite work. The second word of the Freedom Top would lend itself to the "topless" description, but that's reserved for when the full top is off. Which makes sense. And when the top is off but you have a small cover, that's a "bikini top".

There's only one thing left it can be then. You're "showing cleavage".
