Thanks for the heads up, I’ll probably sign up the day after I finish the order.
That’s what I did. I signed up as I was placing the order and the codes came just in time to pickup and pay for vehicle. Like 2 months

how am i 'spose to pick up milfs w/ moob splattered all over a jeep?
You won comment on the day. :)

The only problem with Moab is that Jeep can't make up it's mind.

If they consistently had both Moab and Rubicon available similarly priced top trims (like Toyota has TRD Pro and Trailhunter), there would be no such conundrum.

But instead Jeep brings it back, then kills it, then brings it back again, and never explain the differentiation of Rubicon vs Moab.

Moab should have better suspension for higher speeds off road - sand dunes, slick rock, desert running. Rubicon should have more lockers, armor, winch, etc for rock crawling. While both should still be all around good off-road performers.

Jeep has to build the Moab subbrand, specially if it is going to be the top dog on the Recon, etc.

I agree with you gato, the 26 Moab is the Rubicon with different badging at least it is how it seems to be. (which is good by me).

Wish there was better info available for production dates, but as long as the build specs don’t change I guess they will update me through the process. I’m going to go walk through a local dealer to see a couple of the colors I’m considering before the weekend, hoping to place my order early next week. (Pull trigger while wife is 100% on board!)

Above video also illustrates how broken the configuration/order sites is for the Wrangler. Yet again, a Jeep "expert" no less, goes to the dealer, thinks they are ordering the Tow Package, but they are not.

There is the tow prep option that has the wiring connector. But you still need to check the aux switches/tow hitch for $95 in order to in fact have the tow package!!!! So even Brad and his dealer fell for it.

It's annoying because there are so many nice Rubicon X on the lots with missing tow hitch and switches, even though Jeep lists "Tow Package" or "Tow Prep" as included in the Rubicon X. $95. You think they'd include that on the $12K (now $10K) Rubicon X and 392.

This just shows lack of care by the Jeep Product Managers. Should be an intern's job to make the ordering process clear and easy on dealers and customers.

Jeep just does not care. They want to pump up huge volumes with completely seemly random collections of parts that make no sense.

Doesn't the tow package also include the larger alternator and better cooling fan?

2026 Willys 2.0T 2DR Hard Top in Mojito built for me!
I just ordered a 2026 Granite Crystal Rubicon X - first time ever ordering a Jeep, second time ever ordering a vehicle. Anvil was my second choice, 41 my third. The reason I like Granite is because every Jeep has a ton of blacks and greys in the trims, plastics, etc. If you order any other color you end up with quite a few clashing colors. It's unbelievable that the Rubicon X wheel alone has 4 different colors - chromo lugnuts, black fake beadlock ring, silver and dark grey spokes. Please give me an all black wheel - I want to be able to just spray that s$@# when I get them scratched on the rocks every other weekend.

In any event, I'm hoping the Rubicon X will in fact be quieter and a bit more refined. We shall see in about 10 weeks or so, I guess.
This is the biggest reason I ordered a loaded 2026 Willys instead of a Rubicon. I wanted Mojito, and didn't want to run around with Christmas colors all year 'round.

I'd like to slap the person who thought forcing everyone into red trim was a good idea.

I have a 3.6 etorque, with tow package and the high amp fuse array. To my surprise when I looked at it, my fan is not the better cooling fan.

Even with a boring gray exterior I don’t like the red dash panels on my ‘23. But I mostly don’t see them anymore. About once a year I think I will switch them out, but they always get pushed to the bottom of my list of mods.

The hitch itself, has to be the simplest and easiest hitch to install, that I've ever seen. If the wiring is installed, a JL hitch is cheap and easy, and widely available, as they are all the same design and attach the same.

Best I could determine is that the Tow Prep option includes those things. The Aux Switch and Tow "Package" includes the hitch. It is bizarre, and that is why owners and dealers get confused when ordering.

Walked around a lot full of jeeps today. Liked all of the colors.

Granite is nice, but it would be the same as my last jeep.

The blue looked good, but I think the colored fenders look better than the black.

liked Anvil, and it blends the black fenders and accents really well and I think would still look great dirty.

Going to order the 41, I don’t see many of those around here, it blends the black colors well on the fenders and fenders. I also think if I get a bit lazy with the washing it will look about the same. There was one on the lot with a few aftermarket pieces that looked really nice.

So far nobody has scared me off of the 392, and my wife says it’s best if I don’t worry too much about the MILF’s and the “MOOB” naming.

Check out TrailRecon video on why he sold his 392. Sounds like if you're going to use this as a daily driver/hot rod with no tough 4 wheeling occasions, you may avoid most of the issues Brad experienced. Hopefully, you won't have any of these issues.
Also if you do not change that oil every 6 months regardless of mileage you could lose your warranty please go to the 392 form to see what's going on there!

I watched the trail recon video, and to be fair my use will not be what he was doing. Not that I don’t think it would be a lot of fun, but there just isn’t that much close to me, and I have several other hobbies already.

good to know on the oil, I will check that out.

My order went in today, so it’s official at this point that I’m getting one, sometime in the not so distant future. (Wish I knew what that meant, but soon enough I will)

today 12/11 my order status is BG, saw the list showing deliveries for others ordered a couple weeks earlier scheduled for January which I know isn’t a final date. Maybe it will be sooner than I thought!

Updating this thread, my Moab is built even though the pizza tracker says in production still. Figure at this point I may hear it arrived at the dealer before that tracker catches up.

Guess that is the older tracker, it says in production now.
