Great point @Stale . We do okay. My daughter can kick the back of my seat now (I put her forward facing behind me) but have been considering moving her to the passenger side anyway. It's all relative, how are you managing currently?
I have three kids (one in a rear facing car seat) and currently drive a 2 door Civic Si, it's possible - but not remotely comfortable or easy. While the JLU is not the biggest interior, it's a huge step up from what I have currently. When I checked out the JL, I would have some concerns with rear facing seats as those tend to take up more room, but hopefully I've timed it well enough that by the time it's built, I can go straight to forward facing.
My 8 year old was amazed at the amount of legroom in the back though.![]()
We're planning for another so will end up with a rear facing at some point but maybe by then we'll just have a booster for my 2.5 year old.
