Android Auto volume on my 8.4 Uconnect doesn't stick. Every time I restart the car and connect my phone, it defaults the audio/song volume to 20. Not a huge deal, as 20 is an OK volume for me (I don't have the Alpine). It would be nice if the system could remember the last volume level or at least let me choose a default value. I have the latest (or one of the latest) software version, 39.6, and a Samsung S21. Is that a known problem? Thanks!

The 8.4 inch Uconnect radio has 4 different volume settings. Make sure you're setting the correct one.

Yep, thanks. I adjust the right volume correctly at the right moment and it works fine. The problem is that the system doesn't remember the change when I restart the car.

Thanks. I read that thread before posting and they mention a TSB that would update the software to a newer version to fix the issue, but I already have the latest software version.
