Good afternoon. help me determine the cause of this condition

Push down on all fuses, then either replace the Aux battery, or isolate it, by doing the aux battery delete without removing it. Read this thread, as well as others in the Battery section.

It's not the battery or fuses. Mine does this occasionally, usually cycling through menu restores it. Never permanent. A quirk of the older models, I think. Mine is a 2018. There's a TSB to update the display, but I never cared enough to get it done since it's a very minor issue. There are other weird things like displaying 800F and 99999999 on the odometer. I believe the problem occurs at startup when the display gets erroneous data via the CANBUS.

I’ve seen these issues discussed on this forum before but personally, if it’s still under warranty I would take it to your dealer to have it fixed. That way, the problem/fix will be documented. Good luck and happy Jeeping!

That's a lot of work for a temporary glitch at startup. I'd live with it. Oh wait, I already do.

You list Russia as where you live, so, there are many dealerships in Moscow, several are sprinkled about the country too. There are even plenty in the Ukraine.
