Alien Shade - Orange or black?

We have an Earl Willys 2 door and have started taking the top down. It’s amazing! Thinking of adding an alien shade for the hotter months.

Our accent Color is orange, but how does an orange alien shade look or feel? Or should we just do simple classic neutral black that also blends in with the soft top if closed?

If you can still locate an Alien ? Shade.... I like a contrasting color. I'd pick the orange. I've got a Stingray JLUR with a red Alien shade..... Get compliments all the time

i have a Punkin orange jeep so went orange sunshade and really like it. i have the 2 pc version. I will say, that getting the front of the shade mounted either using the supplied alien clips, or using the windshield bolts is a pain in the ass. other then that really like my sunshade.

Even though it’s a mesh shade screen material, black still gets hot. Go with the orange.

Question- not vendors specific, but is there an advantage having a 2 piece Sunshade vrs the full one piece?
I have a 2024 JLRU-X and looking to get a sunshade that can be left on when the hardtop is on or for the soft open.

I have a red Alien sunshade 2 piece. It casts a red hue in the Jeep when the sun shines through. I kind of wish i had gone with black for that reason. But with that said, the red does look really good on my silver Jeep.

As for 2 piece over 1 piece, I really prefer the way the 2 piece looks. But that just my preference, not a functional difference.
