Aeroskin lightshield install

hi all,
Anyone install the AVS aeroskin lightshield? Pretty east until the last step. Just says connect the red wire to the marker light circuit, and black wire to the ground. Not sure where in my wrangler the marker light circuit is. Googled and YouTubed for vids on install, but nothing shows the actual connecting of the wiring. Anyone done this or have insight, would be much appreciated.

They are super easy to install. Just attach the ground and the splice connector into the park lamp wire. I believe it was the white and brown striped one.

I'm interested in this too. Do you have any picture of the lighted shield in the dark? I'm wondering if it's too bright for me?
And does it help keep some of the bugs off of the windshield too? Can't find much on YouTube. Thanks

Actually, I downloaded the wiring diagram- and found I did not have all the wires indicated within it (I have an '18 JL Rubicon). I ended up splicing into the small side marker light on the driver's side fender. You have to get inside the fender flare, and you'll see two very thin gauge wires heading to the little bulb that serves as the side marker- I tapped into these, and it worked just fine.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm on the fence about this product. Does it help deflect bugs? Would you buy again? Do you have any pictures of it in the dark without the headlights on?

I only have a couple quick photos (which aren't very good), but here they are. Over the past few days, the guard has really grown on me. I like it, and it should deflect some of the rocks that get tossed on I-35.

If/when Bushwacker comes out with pocket style flares, I'll probably switch to this rock guard...

I am in the middle of installing this product. Can any body provide a picture that shows exact where I should tab the wire into exiting marker circuit?

I saw some people says it can be tab into the little marker light under the fender. My question is that is there any other ways to join to the marker light circuit? Maybe on the fuse box?

The lights seem to go amazingly well with your paint color. How well has your Aeroskin LightShield held up? And I couldn't see, but if you have a soft top, how much if any did it add to wind noise at high speeds?
